Ghetto Arts is a contemporary Pacific art practice based in Nausori, Fiji, exploring identity, memory, environment and community through illustration, painting and visual storytelling. Rooted in the Pacific but shaped by both traditional and contemporary influences, the work moves between fine art, public art and design while holding space for conversation, reflection and cultural connection. From detailed cross-hatched digital illustrations to large scale murals and live visual storytelling during forums and workshops, Ghetto Arts approaches art as both image-making and dialogue. The practice is driven by curiosity around how Pacific people see themselves, remember their histories and navigate the changing realities around them.
